Fourth Circular Road, Accra — Reservations Required
The way of the knife, the fire and the season. Edo-era craft plated quietly in the heart of Accra.
At Shogun we cook by the old rules. Fish is cut to the grain, rice is seasoned by hand each service, and the charcoal is lit before the doors open. Nothing arrives at your table that the chef would not serve his own family.
The room is built the way the food is — dark timber, low light, and space to breathe. Sit at the counter and watch the work, or take the private room and let the evening close around you.
